Position Summary

The Market Host helps create a welcoming and well-organized Christmas Market by assisting vendors with setup, greeting guests, and providing excellent customer service throughout the Carol Festival. This role serves as a friendly point of contact for vendors and visitors while helping resolve issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome vendors upon arrival and assist them in locating their assigned tables or booths.
Support vendors during setup and answer general questions about the market.
Welcome guests to the Christmas Market with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Respond to vendor and guest inquiries and assist with problem-solving as issues arise.
Communicate with event organizers and volunteers to resolve concerns promptly.
Help maintain a positive, organized, and inviting market environment throughout the event.
